This includes assistance with the formation of the RFP/RFQ, independent peer review, analysis of development proposals, strategic planning, market viability and land use assessment and determination of need of public assistance, if required. The goal is to determine, in the shortest period of time, the reality of the community’s goals and to select the truly best viable development proposal.
