Hilltop Plaza
Goal: To develop a portion of a former oil tank farm into a retail center.
Challenges: Land Use change from heavy industrial to highway commercial zoning. Extensive slopes requiring major grading and site balancing. Relocation of active major oil supply line. Environmental remediation.
Result: 300,000 square feet of retail, shop and restaurant space plus 52,000 square foot multi screen theater.
